Load-Out Requirements: Load-out assistance is provided by Sierra Army Depot . Double stacking of trailers is prohibited , and trailers may not be towed off the installation . All trucks and trailers sold must be loaded onto a transport trailer before departing the installation . Permitting Notice: Purchasers are responsible for ensuring that their shipper or carrier obtains all required federal, state, county, and local oversize/overweight permits prior to removal.
