OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : "Transmission/Hydraulic Leak" PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 2005 New Holland TN75 Diesel Utility Tractor. This vehicle was started with a 12v jump and driven very briefly during processing. Owning agency mentions there is a transmission/Hydraulic leak. We did notice a decent sized spill underneath the cab during processing. We were also unable to get the forks and loader/boom arm to lift, causing it to be difficult to move forwards and backwards. We strongly suggest that bidders take a personal look at this tractor, just in case there was any kind of user error with the functionality of the tractor. Tractor will need to be safely removed via tow or flatbed. This tractor features a fully enclosed factory operator cab with excellent all-around visibility, a pallet fork attachment, and specialized high-flotation tread tires. Engine hours are showing 2752 and 280 PTO. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale."
