Condition: SEE DESCRIPTION IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: Generator is still in service and in use. Fire Department will provide a crane to load generator ONLY within a 4 hour window on a specific removal date determined by the Fire Department. Buyer must be at the site during this time to receive generator. If not available at the specified date and time, the buyer will be responsible for loading the generator from a flatbed trailer at buyer's expense, as the crane will not be available for loading. DESCRIPTION: 2006 Cummins LNG Generator with 400 Amp Transfer Switch Model GGLB-5957242 SN L070140471 Current Engine Hours 670 140 KW 3PH Cummins stand by generator with Automatic transfer switch. Generator is still in service and in running condition Generator has passed annual load bank test. All accessory connections, wiring and plumbing is not guaranteed to be with Generator at time of removal. Generator will be available to be loaded on the buyer trailer by crane on a scheduled day. This day is not scheduled and expected to be in October/November 2026. If Buyer does not pick up generator on the scheduled day. Loading provision will be the responsibility of the buyer. Generator, transfer switch and components are all as is. NO WARRANTY. AS-IS, WHERE IS, NO WARRANTY, NO GUARANTEE, NO REFUNDS. BUYER ASSUMES ALL RISK. BUYER MUST PICK UP. NO DELIVERY, NO SHIPPING . THE WINNING BIDDER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING AND REMOVAL OF ITEMS. WE CANNOT SHIP ANY ITEM(S). HOWEVER, BUYER MAY CONTACT A LOCAL CARRIER OF CHOICE TO PICK-UP, PACKAGE, AND SHIP ITEM(S) AT BUYER S EXPENSE. IT IS THE BUYER S RESPONSIBILITY TO FOLLOW THE THIRD-PARTY PICK-UP PROCEDURES TO ENSURE THAT THE ITEM IS RELEASED. INFORMATION FOR WINNING BIDDERS Please read important notice regarding pickup . Buyer shall pay for and pick items up within five (5) business days of notification of award. The winning bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up. No maintenance whatsoever will be allowed on department property other than installation of a new battery. Buyer is encouraged to bring help if needed. If items are picked up by a third party, please notify them to arrive fully equipped. If someone other than the bidder is picking up the item, please email a letter of authorization from the winning bidder's email account to purchasing@cyfairfd.org . Letter must include the winning bidder's name, auction number, and the third party's name. Please also include a copy of YOUR (winning bidder) driver's license. The third party must show their driver's license at the time of pick up. We WILL NOT release anything until we receive this information.
