2006 John Deere 1445 front mower in used condition with 2137 hours. Runs, starts, drives without any known mechanical issues. Comes with 62" finish mow deck, blower, plow, snow plow, and broom attachments. All attachments except broom are in functional condition. Additional details below. Features: Hydrostatic transmission (forward, reverse pedals), with individual wheel brakes for tight radius turning, differential lock 4WD (lever select at operators station) 3 cylinder Yanmar 3TNV82A-BDJMA Diesel engine Auxiliary hydraulic connection for compatible front-mount attachments (ability to tilt broom/plow) Adjustable steering column In-cab hatch for PTO connection, operators seat lifts to access battery, engine bay Functional headlights (on lower front of steering column) Mount on rear for SMV signage Carlisle turf tires (front right tire has low tread depth remaining) Curtis soft sided cab with metal roof - removeable metal-frame doors with vinyl covering that latch, soft rear vinyl secured to cab frame with velcro, tiltable glass upper windshield with functional wiper (blade needs replaced), removable poly lower windshield, functional in-cab heater from coolant with fan, 12V electrical connection with functional amber warning light mounted on roof (refractor missing). Gaskets sealing windshield in place are falling out, lower metal pieces of door frames are rusted, cab frame welded to repair in multiple places.
