A 2006 Lund 17-foot boat with 90-hp Mercury outboard and tandem-axle Yacht Club trailer - the boat is the weak link, with a rotted plywood floor, deteriorated wood seats, and torn carpet. Sells to experienced DIY boat restorers or parts-out buyers targeting the trailer and motor separately. Before bidding, inspect the floor structure for structural soundness (soft spots suggest rot that spreads), confirm the motor has no water damage (no keys or old fuel are red flags), and check that the trailer lights and tires are truly functioning.
Estimated flip margin and comp range available with Pro. Summary may occasionally contain inaccuracies; check the full description before bidding.
