PLEASE NOTE : "NO Call NO Show" missed appointments are considered an immediate abandonment of items, NO EXCEPTIONS You are bidding on a 2007 ONE OWNER 5TH WHEEL CAMPER ONE OWNER, It has been on a seasonal site since new! NOT towed around. All personal items seen in the pictures (recliners, couch, etc) will stay with the trailer. Misc smaller items (food, clothing dishes etc) have been removed. WE CAN HAVE THIS UNIT SHIPPED IF DESIRED CLEAN TITLE!! All appliances (fridge, water heater, stove etc) and utilities (electric, water system, etc) are in working condition. Was in use ONLY on a seasonal site, was removed for a new camper to go in. HAS STACK OF PAPERWORK 3 slideouts & Slideouts work TIRES LOOK GOOD We are not responsible for any part of this vehicle or its operation/usability.
