Surplusing Department: Police State Drug Fund 2007 Buick Lucerne SEDAN 4-DR, 3.8L V6 OHV 12V. Mechanical / Operational ENGINE HAS FUEL LEAK, WE WILL NOT START IT DUE TO RISK OF FIRE. Has keys. Booster box was applied to get milage. Engine maybe missing components. A/C and heat were functioning at the time of write‑up. Front end, bumper and front tire flat / wrecked / damaged. Front windows do not function up or down, stagnant water throughout vehicle. Front passenger door panel doesn't function properly. Passenger door will not open. Back seat is unattached and parts inside vehicle. Electrical system condition is unknown. Exterior Condition Vehicle may have scratches, dents, rust, and chipping/peeling/fading paint. Panels may be loose or missing may not function due to water. Exposed wires or holes may be present due to equipment removal. Some parts may be missing and/or damaged. Interior Condition Includes spare tire. Dashboard and carpet are loose/damaged. Seats and floor may be soiled due to stagnant water; stagnant water may be present inside the vehicle.
