Buyer Must Supply all personnel for removing said items. Sanders Unified School District will NOT have ANY loading capabilities. All items must be removed from the item location, and loaded on the truck by the buyer. A loading dock is available at the warehouse location. No forklift is available. Some equipment is extremely Heavy, and will require special equipment, which will be supplied by the buyer. THIS SURPLUS ASSET IS BEING SOLD "AS IS", WITH NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING NUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABLITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Also, please bring the "Paid Receipt" and Identification when picking up items. If someone other than the winning bidder is picking up the auction item, you must provide Authorization via email or in writing, along with proof of your identification. Item may be removed by appointment only. No Guarantee All Parts Are Present. REMOVAL . Buyer must schedule removal of auction item(s) from the agency premises within 5 business days after payment has been received. Removal must be within 20 days after payment. If the buyer, after making payment for an item, fails to remove the item within the specified time, the agency reserves the right (1) to retain all payments; and (2) to dispose of the item through another auction or otherwise. For 3rd Party Pickup: Before property will be released, the winning buyer will be required to send an e-mail (from the winning buyer's e-mail address used for the auction), identifying the representative authorized to pick-up paid items on their behalf. The authorized representative will need to bring the Notice of Award, Paid receipt (photo copies are acceptable), and their picture identification (such as a Driver License) Winning Buyer's Driver's License/Photo ID required for auction transaction. Attention: 1- Do NOT bid if our Terms and Conditions can NOT be met (Payment/Pickup dates within auction). 2- Shortly after an auction ends, the winner of the auction will receive an email from Public Surplus telling them they have won. This email will be titled "Winning Notice on Auction..." and will include five detailed steps that will help guide you through successful completion of your auction. Remember, Payment is made to Public Surplus. If you receive an email informing you that you have won an auction, it is your responsibility to contact us by email (follow the "send email" link under the Auction contact field of the auction you won).
