PLEASE READ FULL NARRATIVE CHANGES ON TITLE INFO AND PICK UP INFO IN NARRATIVE Vehicle will start and run with a jump. This was a drug seizure so has been sitting for a while. The oil is over full on dipstick unsure why its not milky or doesn't smell like gas. The body has lots of damage see pictures the interior has sone broke parts and stains. The AC don't work only the driver window works the driver side rear tire leaks. This vehicle does come with a TN Title registered to the Task Force and a Bill of Sale. ALL TITLES WILL BE SIGNED BEFORE THE VEHICLE LEAVES LOT. If you are a true dealer, then you know how this procedure works. If you are not a dealer and buying for a family member Title will be signed over to the name on the bill of sale. So, if this won’t work for you then you might not want to bid on a vehicle. Sorry for the any inconvenience but we ran into some trouble by not doing it like this. If you are not from the State of TN, make sure you will not need additional paperwork required by your State or County Government. If you need a Notary, you will need to make other arrangements we no longer have one here. The reason for the fee is because we get a vehicle titled in our name to make it easier on you. Some states don’t want to accept just the court paperwork we have run into problems in the past. If you are having a transport company pick up the item. I need to know the name of the company and driver, and the bill of sale and TITLE must be signed by winning bidder before item will be released. You will need to contact me the weekend or the following Monday you win bid to make these arrangements. You must also bring a copy of the buyer’s certificate, or the tow truck driver must have a copy. Must have appointment to look at vehicles. MONDAY thru THURSDAY 09:00am to 03:00pm NO APPOINTMENTS OR PICK UPS ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAY’S. THE TIMES AND DAYS ALSO APPLY TO PICK-UPS AS WELL IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER. If these times don’t work for you, please don’t bid on asset because times won’t change.
