No other information was given. There is a cinder block in front of the front tires. Could possibly have transmission issues as well. Unknown if dump bed operates. Unit is overall in poor condition and has rust from salting and plowing the roads. Vehicle has been sitting for over a year. Please inspect for the exact condition or for any further details.
