OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : "No Known Issues, Runs & Drives" PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 2007 Ford Ranger XLT SuperCab 2WD Truck. This vehicle was jump started and driven briefly during processing. Owning agency states that this vehicle has "no known issues" however the vehicle was unable to be driven without a jump pack connected. Written on the windshield is "no start" vehicle starts but will lose power without a jump pack on the batteries. We noticed that the theft prevention symbol will appear on the dash, but we were able to by pass this by trying different keys. For these reasons bidders will need to be prepared to safely remove this vehicle via tow or flatbed. The exterior condition of the vehicle shows wear and tear like minor denting, scratching, scuffing, and paint damage. The interior has worn seats, stains, scratching, debris, and dirt/dust build up. Canopy is in decent condition with scratching, scuffing, and paint damage. Doors are able to open and keys for locking are included. Parts of the undercarriage show a layer of rust. Tire pressure seems okay and spare tire is included. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale." Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
