2007 Nissan Sentra SEDAN 4-DR, 2.0L L4 DOHC 16V. **IMPOUND VEHICLE** This vehicle was impounded and is being sold in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-36. The only available information is on the attached "Inspection Form". This vehicle has not been used/started in more than 2 years. It is in the interested parties’ best interest to inspect the vehicle thoroughly. This vehicle is being sold sale “AS IS” and “WHERE IS,” without warranty, express or implied. The Township of Branchburg makes no representations as to the condition, usability, or fitness for any particular purpose of any item.. The Township makes no warranty or guarantee as to the physical/mechanical condition or drive-ability of the vehicle. This vehicle was towed to our location and has never been used/owned by us so we have no knowledge of the physical/mechanical condition or drive-ability of the vehicle. This impounded vehicle comes with an ‘Application for Certificate of Title’. The winning bidder will be required to mail this ‘Title’ to NJMVC with all applicable documentation and NJMVC fees. NJMVC will then mail back a title so the vehicle can be registered. NJMVC ‘Green Sheet‘ Instructions are attached to this listing and will be given at the time of pickup. The Township is not responsible for any out of state requirements.
