Neither the Town of Medfield, Liquidity Services, nor MTC Fleet Group or any agents thereof are liable for any damage occurring during the pickup and transport of the vehicle after pickup by buyer, buyer’s agent, or third party has begun. Vehicle must be picked up within 10 days of auction end. Vehicles remaining after 30 days will be considered abandoned and resold.
