OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : "Bad Hybrid Battery, does not run or drive" PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 2007 Toyota Prius Hybrid Hatchback. This vehicle was not started or driven during processing. Owning agency states that this vehicle has a bad hybrid battery, and it does not run or drive. We can confirm this as starting the vehicle by regular means and by jumping was unsuccessful. With the jump pack connected the dash light up with a red triangle and most the other lights as well, like the engine light, tire pressure, ABS, etc. Bidders will need to be prepared to safely remove this vehicle via tow or flatbed. The exterior shows signs of wear and tear like scratching, scuffing, paint damage, and minor denting. The interior has worn seats, stains, scratching, debris, and dirt/dust build up. Rear seats are able to fold for more space. Hatch was unable to be opened during processing. Tire pressure seems okay. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale."
