DESCRIPTION: Starts and runs. Overall engine condition unknown. Agency reports without other detail, "Pony motor that operates sweeping function has a blown head gasket. With being unable to operate sweeping, I am unable to identify the overall condition of the sweeper. Some parts that have been removed are not limited to both gutter brooms, rear broom cover and rubber, rubber center divider under trunk that drags ground. Pony motor is a John Deere 2.4L (4-cylinder reported blown head gasket); Hours unknown. Rear latch on access door is broken, held closed with bungee chord. (Pictured.) Windshield has rock chips. Recommend tow, due to rear sweeper not able to lift off of road." Has scratches, scuffs and dings throughout consistent with active use. Interior is worn, torn and has stains. There are holes in the dash, headliner and floor from removed equipment. Tires have less than 50% tread remaining. Windshield has rock chips.
