Condition: Fair This lot consists of one (1) 2008 Ford Crown Victoria SEDAN 4-DR, equipped with a 4.6L V8 SOHC 16V FFV engine. The vehicle has been marked in fair condition due to the condition notes listed below. Condition: The vehicle shows signs of prior use, including significant paint deterioration, localized rust, former law-enforcement equipment mounting points, interior wear/damage, and other noted conditions. All noted defects and damage are photographed. Exterior: Heavy paint chipping, particularly on the trunk, hood, and roof. Localized areas of rust. Moss growth between the rear passenger-side door and frame. Two holes in the roof, one hole in the trunk, one hole in each side mirror, and loose wires along the edge of the push bar from previously mounted police equipment. The holes are on the exterior but do not penetrate to the interior. Holes currently covered by duct tape. Push bar is installed and marked “Setina” and “The Body Guard.” Peeling of the window seal on the right side. A cord extending through the grille indicates the vehicle is winterized; the extent of the winterization is unknown. Interior: Loose wires centered beneath the dashboard from previously mounted police equipment; the shell of the equipment enclosure remains, but its inserts have been removed. Hard-plastic detention seats installed in the rear seating area. Lock box between the passenger and driver seats is currently unlocked; no key provided. Cover to the interior cab light is missing. Driver-side bulb is missing from the interior cab light. Damage to the rear seatbelt covers at the female ends. Trunk & Former Equipment: A power control unit (PCU) for the previously installed emergency lights remains in the trunk. The emergency lights have been removed. Loose wires remain in the trunk from a previously installed monitoring system. The monitoring system has been removed, but the wires remain. Rear emergency lights have been removed and their wires cut; the exterior covers remain present. Mechanical & Operational: Exclamation-point warning light on the dashboard is illuminated; cause is unknown. Power locks, power windows, powered seat adjustment, powered side-mirror adjustment, and powered pedal-height adjustment are functional. Trunk release button is functional. Trunk is lockable, but the locking mechanism does not accept the key; cause is unknown. Trunk access is available using the trunk release button. Radio, heater, A/C, interior cab light, headlights, brake lights, turn indicators, windshield wipers, and driver-side spotlight are functional. Park, reverse, neutral, and drive were tested and functioned as designed. Included Equipment: One (1) scissor jack One (1) long funnel One (1) windshield brush This vehicle was previously used in CTC's Law Enforcement Academy. No vehicle maintenance records are available.
