OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : "Bad Battery" PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 2008 GEM 825 E4 Electric Motorcar. This vehicle was not started or driven briefly during processing. Owning agency mentions this motorcar has a bad battery. We were unable to get any power to the battery and seems that the motorcar is dead. Bidders will need to be prepared to safely remove this vehicle via tow or flatbed. The overall condition of this motorcar is used, with some areas having frame damage, windshield damage, missing drivers window, missing drivers door handle, damaged tail light, paint damage, and scratching. Inside the motorcar shows some litter, debris, worn seats, stains, and dirt/dust build up. GVWR: 2,200lbs. GAWR-Front: 1,023lbs. GAWR-Rear: 1317lbs. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale."
