OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : "VEHICLE DOES NOT RUN" PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 2008 GMC W4500 Tilt Cab Truck . This vehicle was started and driven briefly during processing. Owning agency mentions that "Vehicle does not run" but the vehicle was able to start and run. On start up the vehicle sounded like it was barely able to turn over, when pressing the gas pedal to keep it running the pedal got stuck downwards and was unable to release itself, so we had to physically lift the pedal back up. This only happened at start up and did not happen again after running. Vehicle is able to run but it lunges and drives itself the moment you shift into Drive or Reverse. Maintenance light is on and flashing. For safety concerns we will require bidders to safely remove this vehicle via tow or flatbed. The exterior shows signs of wear and tear like spray paint, scratching, surface rust, minor denting, scuffing, and paint damage. The interior has worn seats, stains, scratching, debris, and dirt/dust build up. Dump bed was tested but was inoperable. Bed walls show scratching and rust. Deck shows some spots of damage. Some parts of the undercarriage look new and others showing a layer of rust. Tire pressure seems okay and no spare tire is included. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale." Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
