This vehicle was jump started and driven briefly during processing. This machine shows a lot of wear. Steering handles appear to be melting and are sticky. Grass catcher system is noisy and has rubbing/wear. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale."
