OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : vehicle was functional when it was wrecked, unit is no longer towable PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 2008 National Signal radar speed trailer. Trailer is damaged, the axle is bent at the right wheel, box is bent at the rear and right side, speed limit sign bracket on top of box has been cut off, and rear jack support frame has been cut off. The ball hitch on the end of the tongue and all 3 support jacks are missing and not included. When we flipped the switch to turn on the unit nothing happen. All dimensions are approximate. Box : 3'10" long x 4' wide x 3'3" high. Overall size including tongue : 7'4" long x 5'8" wide. GVWR : 1000 lbs. GAWR : 2500 lbs. Due to the bent axle and missing ball hitch, this trailer will need to be loaded onto on a trailer or flatbed to be towed away. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale." Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
