2008 Saturn VUE SPORT UTILITY 4-DR, 3.5L V6 SOHC 24V. This vehicle was towed by local police for being abandoned on the roadway. The vehicle does not run. The vehicle's engine is dismantled. The vehicle is being sold as-is, where-is, with faults. The vehicle has a clear title and unknown mileage because the dash display cannot be seen. There is a set of keys to the car. Jacob’s Towing Inc, DBA Jacob’s Towing, defines the Asset condition as not represented as being roadworthy, mechanically sound, or maintained at any guaranteed level of quality. The vehicle may not be fit for future use as a means of transportation and/or may require substantial repairs at the buyer’s expense. It may not be possible to register the vehicle for driving in its current condition. The winning bidder will be required to transfer ownership before the vehicle can be removed from Jacob’s Towing property. **PUBLIC VIEWING PERMITTED WITHOUT APPOINTMENT AFTER CHECK IN WITH THE OFFICE, ONLY MONDAY-FRIDAY (10 am-4 pm)** The vehicle can be picked up Monday through Friday (10 am – 4 pm) after checking in with the office. BE ALSO ADVISED THAT THE BUYER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL LOADING, SHIPPING, TRANSPORTING, COORDINATING PAYMENTS AND PICK-UPS WITH OUR AGENCY (JACOB’S TOWING) WITHIN THE PROPER TIME FRAME. NO EXCEPTIONS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS STRICTLY ENFORCED. PLEASE BRING SUFFICIENT EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, AND MANPOWER TO ASSIST WITH YOUR REMOVAL OF THE ASSET. ANY ASSETS NOT PAID BEYOND 5 DAYS OR LEFT BEYOND 10 DAYS WILL BE DEEMED A DEFAULTED TRANSACTION/ABANDON BY THE PURCHASER AND WILL BE DISPOSED BY JACOB’S TOWING WITH NO REFUND GIVEN BY GOVDEALS OR JACOB’S TOWING IF PAID.
