OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE :"Drivable" PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 2009 Ford Econoline E-350 Super Duty Shuttle Bus. This vehicle was jump started and driven briefly during processing. We noticed on vehicle start up that the catalytic converter sounds like its missing. While running, the vehicle makes a very loud and deep noise (Please see engine video for reference). Engine light is on. The condition of the exterior shows signs of wear and tear like scratching, paint damage, scuffing, and minor denting. The interior shows worn seats, tearing, stains, scratching, outdoor residue, debris, and dirt/dust build up. Automatic side doors were tested and work as intended. The Wheelchair lift was able to fold down and lower to the ground very slowly, but had trouble going up and eventually it stopped a foot off the ground and had to hand crank the lift back into the vehicle. Vehicle comes with 8 seats, being able to seat up to 12 passengers plus 2 wheelchairs. Some but not all seats are able to fold. Tire pressure seems okay. GVWR: 11500 lbs. GAWR-Front: 4600 lbs. GAWR-Rear: 7800 lbs. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale." Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
