OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : "No Issues, Runs & Drives" PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 2009 Ford Escape Hybrid 4WD SUV. This vehicle was not started or driven briefly during processing. Despite what the owning agency says, this vehicle does have issues and does not run or drive. While processing, we attempted to jump the vehicle and were unsuccessful. There are lots of warning lights on the dash like the engine light, tire pressure, a red triangle warning light and a yellow wrench on the dash. Bidders will need to be prepared to safely remove this vehicle via tow or flatbed. The exterior of the vehicle shows signs of wear and tear like scratching, minor denting, cracked rear bumper, scuffing, and paint damage. The interior has worn seats, stains, scratching, debris, and dirt/dust build up. Rear seats are able to fold for more space. Trunk space was not able to be accessed. Parts of the undercarriage show a layer of rust. Tire pressure is low and spare tire is included. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale."
