Unit is sold AS-IS. LAMTD will not guarantee the condition of the vehicle. Dings, Dents, and scratches may be present. Some parts may have been removed. Interior-Poor Exterior-Poor *It is the responsibility of the bidder to verify the condition of the unit prior to purchase. Please contact the agent of record to "Schedule an Inspection". Buyer shall be required to complete Bill Of Sale as part of the purchase process. Must have proper equipment to remove vehicle as quickly as possible. No maintenance or repair work of any type will be permitted on LAMTD property. Buyer supplied tire replacement may be allowed for transporting. Roof may Leak; Interior Poor Condition. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!Non-Running vehicles must be towed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! VARIOUS ENGINE PARTS REMOVED A FLATBED IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO TOW AUCTIONED VEHICLE. BUYER RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING FLATBED. LAMTD WILL NOT USE ANY EQUIPMENT [INCLUDING OUR FORKLIFT] TO ASSIST LOADING AUCTIONED VEHICLE ONTO FLATBED. BUYER MUST PROVIDE WINCH TO PULL THE AUCTIONED VEHICLE ONBOARD THE FLATBED. Vehicle maintenance records will not be provided. License plates have been removed and temporary tags will not be provided. The Unit is not in running condition and will need to be towed [flatbed is recommended] Our hours of Pickup are 8:00am to 12:00pm Mon-Fri only. On day of pickup LAMTD must be notified at least 1 hour before arrival. Please contact LAMTD a minimum of 24 hours before pickup [so that arrangements can be made with our Fleet Maintenance].
