The City is offering a 2010 Mauldin 690F asphalt paver with approximately 336 hours, verifiable by the hour meter. The machine was last used for paving operations in the Bradfield subdivision in 2024 and performed well during its last season of use. Interested bidders may contact us for a list of streets where the machine's work can be viewed. Photos taken on Faircrest Drive during the summer of 2024. This was approximately 2 months prior to its retirement. The paver was retired following the purchase of a new machine. It was operational when last used but may have minor mechanical issues or fluid leaks consistent with its age. The paver needs replacement rubber drive tires, as shown in the listing photographs. Prospective bidders should carefully review the photographs and inspect the machine to determine the extent of the replacement work and associated costs. The City has not completed these repairs.
