Buyer further acknowledges that certain vehicles may require inspection by the Ohio State Highway Patrol or other authorities before an Ohio title may be issued. Buyer assumes all responsibility for inspections, title transfer, repairs, and compliance with Ohio BMV or any other jurisdiction. THE VEHICLE IS SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. Seller disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
