The genset is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranty expressed or implied. The hour meter reading is sold as is, exempt, dead batteries. The seller is not responsible for flat tires, dead batteries, or similar minor issues. Inspection is the buyer’s responsibility.
