2010 Peugeot 308 Hatchback SURPLUS PROPERTY - BRISTOL TN POLICE DEPARTMENT. Sold as is/where is. A BILL OF SALE AND TITLE WILL BE PROVIDED. This vehicle was part of the Bristol Tennessee Police Department fleet. Once received by the department, the vehicle was inspected and maintained by a city facility. The vehicle was in service and used by the department before being taken out of service in May of 2026. Attempts to boost the vehicle were made on 8/07/2026, but the vehicle would not start. Previously, the vehicle did run with no irregularities heard or observed. It was also moved and parked when taken out of service but, do to not being able to get the vehicle to start during inspection, the condition of the automatic transmission is being listed as unknown. This does not indicate that the vehicle will now start or run. No known mechanical issues were reported when the vehicle was removed from service. This does not guarantee that there are no mechanical issues with the vehicle, just that nothing of note was observed when removed from service. A battery replacement would more than likely assist in helping the vehicle start. The vehicle has minor dents, dings, and scratches throughout. A small scrape/scratches were observed on the right rear fender well around the tire. Loose trimming was also noted above the passenger door. Vehicle emblems/decals have been removed, but residue remains showing outlines. No cracked glass was observed. Tires/tread appear to be in good condition and all inflated. Overall, the exterior is in good condition. The interior is also in overall good condition. No rips/tears were observed on the cloth seating, but the rear backing for both front seats are missing. See photographs for reference as it appears a plastic type covering has been removed. Some loose trim was noted on the driver side door. No other visible damage was noted to the interior such as on the dash, headliner, etc. Equipment includes: AC (unknown), Dual Airbags, Cruise Control, Tilt Steering, Remote Mirrors, Climate Control, Power Windows, Power Door Locks, Power Steering, and Factory AM/FM CD Radio.
