This mower was started with a jump but was not able to be driven during processing due to the fact the mower dies when attempting to drive forward or backwards. Owning agency mentions that there are "no known issues" and mower "runs and drives" but there seems to be issues present and mower is not fully operational. Bidders please be aware that this will most likely need to be forklifted onto a trailer at the time of pickup. The cosmetic condition of the mower shows signs of wear and tear like surface rust, worn material/parts, scratching, minor denting, scuffing, and paint damage. front, and both side cutting decks were able to lower and raise with a jump pack attached. Rear tires look to have low air pressure. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale."
