This vehicle was not started or driven briefly during processing. Owning agency mentions that this vehicle has no known issues and "runs & drives" however we were unable to start the vehicle during processing. Batteries may be dead. VIN tag was damaged and was not able to confirm VIN/Serial number. The exterior shows signs of wear and tear like paint damage, rusting, scratching, missing side mirrors, and missing head lights. The interior is roughly the same with rusting, paint damage, scratching, worn material, and dirt/dust build up. . This vehicle features a fully enclosed all-weather operator cab with high-visibility glass doors, windshield, and rear steel flatbed cargo deck with 2,500 to 3,000 lbs load capacity. Tire condition seems decent and air pressure seems okay.
