If the Buyer, after making payment for an item, fails to remove the item within the specified time, the agency reserves the right to retain any and all payments and re-list the auction. ***Abandonment of Item*** Auction items paid for but not picked up within the specified time (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award will be considered abandoned.
