The Court Order and the Bill of Sale will be provided to the Buyer. Bidders will be responsible for checking with their state Department of Motor Vehicles to insure a Tennessee court order and bill of sale is sufficient for titling and registration purposes. The Buyer is responsible to Title the vehicle in their residing county/state. We will only have titles available for surplus vehicles. Not forfeitures.
