STARTS RUNS DRIVES VSI 8/27 HOLES IN FRONT BUMPER DUE TO EQUIPMENT BEING REMOVED, CENTER CONSOLE IS MISSING PIECES Please see the inspection report below under 'Attachments' for additional information. See our video in picture # 2. *Please note:the admin fee and the increased buyer's premium are due to elevated service levels including the transportation of this item from the seller's location to an offsite storage facility where it will remain for the duration of the auction. *The title for this vehicle is on file in a GovDeals office in another state.The title will be mailed (1) AFTER the vehicle has been removed from the storage facility, AND (2) the winning buyer has confirmed their mailing address.
