OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : RUNS & DRIVES (A/C ISSUE) PROCESSING NOTES : This vehicle was started, it did not drive during processing. This 2 DR Tractor is equipped with a Columbia Body Manufacturing body, Tarp system, power windows and mirrors, PTO, lockers, pintle hook with air, and rear hydraulic hookup. This vehicle has issues. ABS light is on. Engine will not start with the key, we had to jump the starter solenoid to get the engine to start/run. Transmission does not shift. There may be an issue with the PTO and/or dump bed. When pulling the levers for the dump bed you could air switching/releasing but nothing happened, dump bed did not work. The high engine hours and low miles seems odd, this may indicate additional mechanical issues. Tarp system works. Vehicle is equipped with an idle shut off system. The driver side outer rear tire, 3rd axle, is debeaded. There are parts inside the cab. Dash and body panels have been removed. The passenger side fender skirt is in the dump bed. The passenger side exhaust pipe is disconnected. GVWR : 60,000 lbs. GAWR each (front, 2nd, 3rd) : 20,000 lbs. Dump Capacity : 14-16 yards. TRACTOR WILL NEED TO BE TOWED. Brakes have not been caged, once air pressure builds the brakes release. Transmission is in neutral. Bidders should consider whether they are capable of transporting before bidding and be prepared with adequate equipment to remove this asset from our location. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale."
