Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with removal including rigging, loading and shipment. UPS does not provide a Title, nor assist with obtaining a Title. Unit is Operational. UNIT WILL CUT OFF INTERMITTENTLY Unit must be removed from property within 30 days of close of auction., Current Condition: Fair, 13x7x6 Feet, 6000 Pounds, Removal is by appointment only. Buyer agrees that all of the terms of the Listing Contract Policy (located in Appendix B to the User Agreement for this website) apply to the sale of this equipment. Buyer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless seller, its successors, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all liabilities, claims, suits, judgments, damages, losses, awards, fines, penalties, costs, expenses and attorney fees arising out of or in any manner connected with the ownership, use, operation and/or disposition of this equipment.
