Buyer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless seller, its successors, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all liabilities, claims, suits, judgments, damages, losses, awards, fines, penalties, costs, expenses and attorney fees arising out of or in any manner connected with the ownership, use, operation and/or disposition of this equipment.
