OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : "Message not readable, poor condition" PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a Solar Tech Message Sign Traffic Trailer. This sign was tested briefly and was not able to light up. Terminal system is password protected with a password of "ABCD". After playing with the terminal for a bit, we were unable to get the sign to display any messages. Message board is powered via DC, batteries and solar panel. Message board is able to raise up and lower with ease. Overall condition is used with some rust seen on trailer, chains, and stabilizer jacks. GVWR: 3600 lbs. GAWR ALL: 3500lbs.
