2012 Chevrolet Volt SEDAN 4-DR, 1.4L L4 DOHC 16V PLUG-IN HYBRID. Vehicle must be towed - no exceptions. Vehicle needs a new High Voltage Battery Pack - battery does not charge. Also has a seized caliper, likely needs brakes/rotors, and an inspection of the passenger-side wheel and tire from a previous repair.
