OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : "poor condition" PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 2012 Ford F-250 SD XL SuperCab 4WD Truck. This vehicle was started and driven briefly during processing. Engine hours are 9155 and 4481 idle hours. The message sign that comes with this vehicle is not attached and is located inside the trucks bed. We cannot confirm if the sign is operationa and it may need parts for installment. The exterior of the vehicle has spots of denting, bent running board, scratching, paint damage, and scuffing. The interior has worn seats/material, scratching, loose cables, residue build up, light stains, debris, and dirt/dust build up. The liftgate was tested, and is able to operate as intended. Inside the truck bed along with the message sign is a weather guard tool box. Some parts of the undercarriage show a layer of rust. Tire pressure seems okay and spare tire is included. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale." Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
