Message sign was tested and is able to go up, very slowly go down, and display messages. The exterior of the vehicle shows signs of wear and tear like scratching, denting, scuffing, paint damage, and some surface layer rust. The interior has worn seats/fabric, tearing, stains, debris, scratching, and dirt/dust build up. A/C works and blows cold air. Service body doors all come unlocked and keys are included for locking. Tire pressure seems to be okay and no spare tire was seen. GVWR: 10,900 lbs. GAWR-Front: 4,400 lbs. GAWR-Rear: 6,730 lbs.
