The front passenger tire is flat and will not hold air and cannot be reinflated. Keys and all necessary paperwork will be provided to the buyer. IMPORTANT – PAYMENT & PICKUP REQUIREMENTS If you cannot pay online WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS of the auction closing and remove the vehicle WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS, DO NOT BID. All vehicles must be paid for online within 5 business days of the auction closing. If the vehicle is not paid for within 5 business days of the auction closing, the vehicle will be re-impounded and re-auctioned. If the vehicle is paid for within the 5 business days, the buyer must have the vehicle removed from the impound lot/Village property within 10 business days after issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. If the vehicle is paid for but not picked up within 10 business days after issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate, a $25.00 daily storage fee will be assessed every day after the 10th business day. If the buyer fails to meet the deadline to remove the vehicle, the Village may move the vehicle to another location, and the buyer will be responsible for all costs associated with moving, transporting, or storing the vehicle. The Village will not be responsible for damage resulting from such removal. If the bidder has not picked up the vehicle within 30 days after the sale date, the bidder shall be deemed to have ceded ownership to the Village of Mechanicsburg. The Village may thereafter dispose of the vehicle as it deems reasonable and retain any proceeds. VEHICLE CONDITION & VIEWING The vehicle does run. LEGAL & TITLE INFORMATION The above-described vehicle has been impounded by the Village of Mechanicsburg Police Department and is being sold via auction in compliance with Village of Mechanicsburg Ordinance 22-06 and under O.R.C. 4513.62. After payment and at pickup, the winning bidder will be provided: A Bill of Sale, and An Ohio Salvage Title for the vehicle. The salvage title will not allow the vehicle to be driven on the roadway or registered for plates, except as permitted for purposes of completing the required salvage inspection. The buyer is responsible for completing all necessary inspection and title requirements before the vehicle can be legally registered for roadway use.
