Sales to Employees: Pursuant to MS Code 25-4-105 (3) (b), school board members and district employees, as well as the spouses and dependent children of the school board members and the district employees of the Seller are *NOT ELIGIBLE TO BID* on the property listed for auction. ✳️✳️ This was driven from Hernando MS to our warehouse in Southaven MS; it drove great and the only thing that was noticed is that the a/c did not blow very cold. We were told the transmission was rebuilt 40-50 thousand miles ago, but we do not have any paperwork showing this. *** See attached Vehicle Inspection Form for Details * The Buyer must pick up in vehicle in person or make arrangements with a wrecker service or transport company. * Sold as is, NO warranty or guarantees. * No other information or photos are available for this vehicle. * Inspection of vehicle is recommended.
