OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : Transmission needs to be replaced PROCESSING NOTES : This vehicle was started, it did not drive during processing. Vehicle was towed to our facility. Driveshaft is disconnected at rear 3rd axle. This 2 DR Tractor is equipped with a Columbia Body Manufacturing convex body, STS Tarp system, power windows and mirrors, PTO, (2) sets of drop axle, lockers, pintle hook with air, rear hydraulic hookup, and dump trailer controls. There may be an issue with the PTO, it would only engage 1/2 the time when it was turned on. Dump bed went up/down when PTO would engage. There may be engine issues. During processing a orange engine (not check engine) and a red stop warning lights would start flashing and the engine would shut off. The engine starts right back when turning the key. This happened 4-6 times in about 30 minutes. Tarp system was not tested. GVWR : 82,540. GAWR Front : 14,500 GAWR First : 11,020 GAWR Second : 11,020 GAWR Third : 23,000. Engine hours : 5634. Dump Capacity : 29-31 yards. TRACTOR WILL NEED TO BE TOWED. Brakes have not been caged, however an outside air source can been attached with the correct fittings to air up brake system. Bidders should consider whether they are capable of transporting before bidding and be prepared with adequate equipment to remove this asset from our location. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale." Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
