Condition
From the seller's description. Not a guarantee of condition.
Market demand: Equipment in Florida sell about 91% of the time, typically ~10 bids. Based on 845 completed sales over the last year.
A 2012 John Deere 35D compact excavator with a Yanmar diesel engine that the seller says starts and runs well, with no smoke. Excavator dealers, contractors, and rental yards are the main buyers for a machine like this. Check the slight hydraulic drip from a hose, since hose replacement is a small job but the leak should be traced. The hour meter is unreadable, so verify hours from the engine and wear points.
Estimated flip margin and comp range available with Pro. Summary may occasionally contain inaccuracies; check the full description before bidding.
