A 2013 Chevrolet Impala sedan, a former police car with lights and sirens removed and disabled, sold as-is and needing a new battery and a jump to run. Used-car dealers and parts sellers are the likely buyers. Check the cosmetic dents and the disabled light and siren wiring, and budget for the battery and towing since the buyer handles loading off the lot.
