2013 Chevrolet Impala SEDAN 4-DR, 3.6L V6 DOHC 16V FFV. Vehicle starts with a boost and runs. It makes a knocking noise in the dash when its started but it stops after a while. We think maybe it has something to do with the AC. These Impalas were our patrol vehicles and have been slowly downed every year since 2020 when we switched to an SUV. We kept those phased out vehicles as spares but they have sat idle most of the time until recently jump started and moved. All are dirty where they have sat in a storage lot, some very dirty. The area under the light bar is especially dirty. Police stripe was removed from each one but impressions and adhesive remain, some have scrapes in the paint where the stripe was removed and some have spots where the stripe just melted. There are holes where the spotlight and light bar were removed. The equipment was also removed from inside which leaves wiring, drill holes, adhesive, some metal pieces, some voids where the overhead camera was removed, sometimes mounts glued to the glass and they are dirty inside. The back seat is a plastic insert, the back doors will not open from the inside and the back door windows will not roll down except from the driver’s door panel. Exterior: white, paint is extremely dirty on the trunk, headlights are a little foggy, reflector cap things are broken off, dent in drivers quarter panel near the tail light. Interior: grey cloth front seats, rubber trim falling off drivers window, hole in drivers seat, steering wheel worn, tires low, plastic trim on pass seat loose, stock radio/cd, dual air bags, cruise, tilt, remote mirrors, power steering, windows, locks and seats. Lights on the push bar will be removed prior to sale.
