All Ohio residents are required to pay sales tax based on the address listed on their driver's license. If your current address does not match your license, this must be corrected with the State—not us. We strictly use the address on your driver's license and will not make exceptions for alternate addresses under any circumstances. Sales tax will be collected at the time of vehicle pickup for all states required by law. We accept cash or check. If a check is returned or does not clear, all paperwork will be held until the balance has been paid in full. Title will be mailed to the address listed on the GovDeals profile after being assigned by our local title agency into the buyer's name. We do not release open titles. The POA must be provided prior to pickup, and the individual picking up the vehicle must present valid identification matching the authorized party listed in the POA.
