Owning agency mentions that the rear deferential is failing. Due to this, we will be requiring bidders to safely remove this vehicle via tow or flatbed on pickup to avoid potentially causing more issues. The exterior condition of the vehicle shows signs of wear and tear like scratching, minor denting, scuffing, and paint damage. The interior shows slight dashboard damage, worn seats/material, debris, scratching, stains, and dirt/dust build up. Inside the bed is a tool box, which comes unlocked and comes with keys for locking. Parts of the undercarriage show a layer of rust. Tire pressure seems okay and spare tire is included. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale."
