Green 2013 John Deere 5085M Tractor. Diesel engine. Shuttle Shift transmission. Starts and runs, ***BUT WAS NOT ABLE TO MOVE FORWARD OR BACKWARD. HAS MULITPLE HYDRAULIC LEAKS.*** A/C does not work. Heater works. Has cruise control. Has power steering. Steering wheel tilts. Headlights and turn signals work. Exterior has scratches and dents. Windshield is chipped. Tire condition is poor. Not equipped with spare. As the tractor is out of the fleet and was due for replacement, the City will do no further diagnostics or evaluations on this unit. REMOVAL BY APPOINTMENT ONLY REMOVALS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, TUESDAY TO THURSDAY, BETWEEN 8:00 AM AND 3:00 PM NO EXCEPTIONS. NOTE: City of Mobile will no longer answer questions about items on auction by phone. All questions shall be sent in writing to purchasing@cityofmobile.gov and we will give an emailed response. The City reserves the right to not allow the removal of an item if the City deems that the Buyer or Transporter has unsafe loading practice, insufficient resources to load or unsafe equipment that may cause an accident causing injury or damage to City property during loading and removal.
