Condition
From the seller's description. Not a guarantee of condition.
Market demand: Equipment in Missouri sell about 95% of the time, typically ~24 bids. Based on 240 completed sales over the last year.
A 2013 Terex TC75 mini excavator with 3,010 hours, possible AC issues that may need charging, and a 24-inch Steelwrist bucket. Resells to used-equipment dealers and contractors buying refurbish projects. Run the AC and confirm it's just low refrigerant, not a compressor or hose failure - a cheap recharge versus a expensive rebuilt unit.
Estimated flip margin and comp range available with Pro. Summary may occasionally contain inaccuracies; check the full description before bidding.
