Exterior may have cosmetic wear consistent with age and use. Vehicle has been actively used as a company vehicle, including regular travel between our Ohio and Tennessee locations. Approximately 12,000 miles have been accumulated during our ownership/use of the vehicle. We do not perform comprehensive mechanical inspections beyond basic functions and observations made during normal use. OUR LOT CANNOT BE BLOCKED DURING LOADING. No repairs are permitted on the property without prior approval from a lot manager. Pickup is by appointment only. All sales are AS-IS and FINAL. All Ohio residents are required to pay sales tax based on the address listed on their driver's license. If your current address does not match your license, this must be corrected with the State—not us. We strictly use the address on your driver's license and will not make exceptions for alternate addresses under any circumstances. Sales tax will be collected at the time of vehicle pickup for all states required by law. We accept cash or check. If a check is returned or does not clear, all paperwork will be held until the balance has been paid in full. Title will be mailed to the address listed on the GovDeals profile after being assigned by our local title agency into the buyer's name. We do not release open titles. While the vehicle has been operational and regularly driven during our company use, this does not guarantee its condition at the time of pickup or its ability to be driven from the property. The buyer is responsible for determining whether the vehicle should be driven or transported. We strongly recommend buyers come prepared to transport the vehicle if necessary. If the buyer will not be present at pickup and elects to send a third party or transport company, a signed Power of Attorney (POA) will be required authorizing that individual or company to sign all necessary paperwork on the buyer's behalf. The POA must be provided prior to pickup, and the individual picking up the vehicle must present valid identification matching the authorized party listed in the POA. Vehicles will not be released without the required documentation.
